This request follows the approval of 16,010 naturalization applications in Ohio during the 2023 fiscal year, highlighting a significant influx of new American voters.

The funding is part of the first round of the Welcome Home Ohio program, which is investing a total of $100M in grants over two years to help landbanks purchase, rehabilitate, or build qualifying residential properties for income-eligible Ohioans.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Munira Abdullahi (D-Columbus) recently attended the White House’s anniversary celebration of the Rehabilitation Act and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Both the Rehabilitation Act and ADA prohibit discrimination based on disability. The Rehabilitation Act covers federal contractors and programs receiving federal funds and the ADA covers public services, accommodations, and telecommunications. Together, they have created a more just society for Americans with disabilities in all walks of life.

In the days that have passed, thousands of Palestinian civilians have been murdered by the state of Israel, and even more have been injured. With a heavy heart, Rep.
