Both the Rehabilitation Act and ADA prohibit discrimination based on disability. The Rehabilitation Act covers federal contractors and programs receiving federal funds and the ADA covers public services, accommodations, and telecommunications. Together, they have created a more just society for Americans with disabilities in all walks of life.
