Prohibit driving while using electronic communications device
Long Title +To amend sections 3321.141, 4507.11, 4508.02, 4510.036, 4511.043, 4511.204, and 4511.991 and to enact sections 4507.214, 4511.122, and 4511.992 of the Revised Code to expand the texting while driving prohibition to a general prohibition against using an electronic wireless communications device while driving, with certain exceptions, and to create data collection requirements based on associated violations of the distracted driving laws.
