House Commerce and Labor Committee Democrats Issue Statement on Efforts to Rollback Child Labor Laws

State Rep. Lauren McNally (D-Youngstown) and the Democratic members of the Ohio House of Representatives Commerce and Labor Committee today issued statements after several amendments to Substitute Senate Bill (Sub. SB) 30, legislation that would violate the federal Fair Labor Standards Act to allow children to work later into the evening, were voted down.

Ohio Jewish Caucus Calls on Vivek Ramaswamy to Renounce Pastor's Antisemitic Comments

COLUMBUS — The Ohio Jewish Caucus today released a statement calling on gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy to renounce comments from Liberty Valley Church Pastor Jeff Tauring describing modern Judaism as “fake.” Ramaswamy has appeared twice at the Northfield church, most recently in May alongside Tauring for a campaign event focused on “The Future of Religious Liberty.”
