COLUMBUS – State Rep. Joe Miller (D-Amherst) today gave sponsor testimony on bipartisan House Bill (HB) 282, which would establish an indoor mold program to inform the public about the serious health threats mold poses in homes and buildings. Water-damaged, moisture-damaged, and damp indoor environments not only impact our health, but also cause significant physical, emotional, and financial hardship to those exposed.

Rep. Joe Miller Introduces Legislation to Combat AI Deepfake Election Fraud

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Joe Miller (D-Amherst) today introduced a bill to prohibit deepfake election fraud in Ohio to address the challenges already posed by AI-generated misinformation during election season. AI-generated deepfake audio and video is being used as a powerful tool to fuel the current climate of election distrust and a policy solution is needed to combat this serious issue.

Representative Miller Votes to Allocate $4,300,000 in State Funds for Economic Growth, Community Development for Lorain County
