COLUMBUS – State Rep. Chris Glassburn (D-North Olmsted) today announced the introduction of House Bill (HB) 878, designed to safeguard Ohio’s most vital natural resource. HB 878 would establish increased civil penalties for repeat offenders of illegal dredge dumping in Lake Erie, raising the maximum fine to $37,500 per day and per violation.     

 
 
A grant fund will be created to establish employer-based childcare facilities.

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Chris Glassburn (D-North Olmsted) today announced the introduction of House Bill (HB) 883, which would require Medicaid to reimburse EMS providers for treatment-in-place services. This proposal would establish a new reimbursement rate for services provided by EMS that did not result in transportation to a hospital.
