COLUMBUS– State Rep. Juanita Brent (D-Cleveland) today recognizes International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination. In 2021, Rep. Brent cosponsored House Concurrent Resolution (HCR) 6 that declares racism a public health crisis and calls for a working group to address the issue. 

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Juanita Brent (D-Cleveland)  today recognizes Equal Pay Day, a day observed nationally during Women’s History Month that highlights the pay disparities that still exist between men and women in the workforce. 

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Juanita Brent (D-Cleveland) announced that the State Controlling Board approved $262,500 to support elderly and disabled rental housing programs, as well as $7.5 million to develop community housing for Ohioans with developmental disabilities and $8.4 million to nonprofit agencies that support transitional and permanent housing to help reduce homelessness.
