Rep. Brent Announces $1.25M for Warrensville Developmental Center Generator Project

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Juanita O. Brent (D-Cleveland) today announced that the Controlling Board has approved $1.25M in Capital Budget funding for the Department of Developmental Disabilities.

“What we do as a state is always more important than what we say,” said Rep. Brent. “At times like these with increasing natural storms and Ohio’s aging power grid this funding for Warrensville Developmental Center is critical. When the lives and welfare of Ohioans are dependent on the power staying on, actions mean more than words.”

The funding will provide general contracting services for the campus wide generator project at Warrensville Developmental Center.
