Introduced in December of 2017, House Bill 456 seeks to protect nurses from being compelled to work overtime shifts under threat of discontinued employment or disciplinary action.

The Ohio House of Representatives today passed Substitute House Bill 5, legislation to revise laws governing the municipal income tax.

State Representative Anne Gonzales (R-Westerville) today applauded the passage of House Bill 258 through the Ohio House. This legislation, which Rep. Gonzales sponsored, deregulates the process of dispensing contact lenses for certain opticians by updating the restrictions in this area.

State Representative Mark Romanchuk (R-Ontario) today announced that the Ohio House has passed a resolution urging the US Department of Defense to establish the “American Lightweight Materials Manufacturing Innovation Institute.”
