As a person who has been involved in a family-run business for much of my life, I know how important it is for businesses to keep up with changing regulatory requirements. While I firmly believe that regulations should be limited and easy to understand, at the same time business must adapt in order to remain in compliance when things do change.

State Representative Stephanie Kunze (R-Hilliard) attended Governor Kasich’s executive signing of Substitute House Bill 3. The legislation, which was jointly sponsored by Rep. Kunze and Rep. Barbara Sears (R-Monclova Twp.), gives the State of Ohio the authority to regulate health insurance navigators.
