COLUMBUS – State Rep. Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) announces the passing of HB 265 joint sponsored by Representative Patton. HB 265 strives to help the foster care crisis in Ohio. Often times our communities are struggling to find foster families and public children service agencies are forces to look outside of their own county and in some cases beyond state borders to find foster homes.

The holiday marks the weekend where Ohioans will not have to pay state sales and use taxes on clothing items, school supplies and school instructional materials up to a certain price.

The OPSB ensures that these facilities meet requirements specified in Ohio law, balancing the state’s economic interests with environmental protection and land use considerations.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Tristan Rader (D-Lakewood) today announced that he will be holding a series of informal events across Ohio’s 13th House District in various coffee shops on the last Friday of each month to meet with constituents and talk about issues facing the community.

State Rep. Gayle Manning (R-North Ridgeville) announces that the Ohio State Controlling Board has approved a $5 million local technology-driven project in Elyria. The project funding will go to Innovation Fund America (IFA) to develop the Northeast Ohio Innovation Pre-Seed Fund.
