(COLUMBUS, OHIO)—State Representatives Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) and Brian Stewart (R-Ashville) are pleased to announce that the Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 446, legislation to modernize Ohio’s trust, probate, and fiduciary statutes.
