COLUMBUS – State Representative Sharon Ray (R-Wadsworth) was elected to serve as the majority assistant floor whip for the 135th General Assembly Tuesday.

State Rep. Sharon Ray (R-Wadsworth) recently supported House Bill 45, which included $750,000 in funding for the Medina County Emergency Housing Shelter. The legislation was approved by the General Assembly during the last legislative session of the year.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Sharon Ray (R-Wadsworth) has recently introduced legislation that will increase the penalty for furnishing alcohol to a minor if the act results in a fatality – enhancing the charge from a first-degree misdemeanor to a fourth-degree felony.  

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 230 on Wednesday in a unanimous vote of support. The bill will examine the states information technology systems to improve efficiency, reduce fraud, and protect personal data.
