COLUMBUS — State Rep. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) today announced that the Ohio Controlling Board approved over $257K for a new regional office for the Ohio Investigative Unit and the Ohio Narcotics Intelligence Center.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) yesterday introduced a concurrent resolution to encourage Governor Mike DeWine and other entities to recognize Workers Memorial Day in the state of Ohio.

COLUMBUS — State Reps. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) and Ashley Bryant-Bailey (D-Cincinnati) recently introduced legislation to provide publicly funded childcare benefits to childcare employees who work at least 20 hours per week. House Bill (HB) 768 allows county Jobs and Family Services offices to exclude family income when determining eligibility for publicly funded childcare.

State Rep. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) last week hosted an event celebrating 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion Day in Ohio, recognizing the historic contributions  of the women and the recent signing of Senate Bill (SB) 17 by the governor.

Erika White (D-Springfield Township) Thursday applauded the signing of the bipartisan companion bill to House Bill (HB) 204 which was sponsored by Reps.  White and Melanie Miller (R-Ashland). Senate Bill 17 designates March 9th as 6888th Central Postal Directory Battalion Day in Ohio.  

COLUMBUS, OH— State Reps. Erika White (D-Springfield Township) and James Hoops (R- Napoleon) today provided sponsor testimony on bipartisan House Bill (HB) 311 in the Senate Armed Services, Veterans Affairs, and Public Safety Committee. This legislation will designate the third full week of May as EMS week in Ohio.

Erika White (D-Springfield Township) and Anita Somani (D-Dublin) today announced they will be introducing legislation which would require the Governor’s approval before National Guard troops from other states can be stationed in Ohio, reinforcing state authority in deployment decisions.
