Rep. Rogers to Join International Panel on the Future of Infrastructure Tuesday

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D-Toledo) today announced that he will be joining an international dialogue on the future of infrastructure as a panelist at a virtual event hosted by the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest (GACC Midwest) today December 9th at 12:00pm EST. The public forum brings together leaders across government, business, and research to explore infrastructure investment, innovation, and sustainability across the United States and Germany.

Rep. Rogers Announces Senate Hearing on Male Wellness Month, DAD Day

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D-Toledo) is proud to announce that House Bill (HB) 207, known as the Male Wellness Month Act, received its first hearing in the Ohio Senate Health Committee this week. Rep. Rogers Awarded Fellowship to Attend Acclaimed Midwestern Leadership Institute

Rep. Rogers, Lorenz Announce Bipartisan Bill to Recognize Male Wellness, DAD Day has Passed House Health Committee

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Rogers (D-Toledo) and Brian Lorenz (R-Powell) Wednesday announced that House Bill (HB) 207, bipartisan legislation designating June as "Male Wellness Month" and the third Monday in June as "Take Your Dad to the Doctor and Dentist Day" (DAD Day), has passed out of the House Health Committee.

Rep. Rogers Announces More Than $2M in Funding for Northwest Ohio

COLUMBUS - State Rep. Rogers (D-Toledo) today announced that the Controlling Board has approved two major funding allocations that will benefit outdoor recreation and economic development across Northwest Ohio. The Toledo-Lucas County Port Authority will receive $1.2M to support critical infrastructure improvements and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNT) will receive $820K for cabin renovations at 5 state parks, including Maumee Bay.
