COLUMBUS – State Rep. Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D-Toledo) Monday was sworn into the 136th Ohio General Assembly. Rep. Rogers now represents Ohio House District 42 which includes Toledo, Oregon, and Jerusalem Township all located within Lucas County. The newly constructed House district covers some portions of the previous House District 44 which covered portions of Lucas, Ottawa, and Wood counties.
