COLUMBUS – State Rep. Daniel P. Troy (D-Willowick) issued the following statement after the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) approved a $306 million settlement last Wednesday that would require FirstEnergy to refund customers that were improperly charged.

Between 1961 and 1971, the United States Armed Forces utilized Agent Orange to destroy enemy crops and vegetation as part of its herbicidal warfare program, Operation Ranch Hand. State Rep. Daniel P.
