COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tracy Richardson (R-Marysville) today announced the Ohio General Assembly has approved House Bill 170, legislation that supports Ohio’s schools, the Ohio Department of Health, and the National Guard by providing over $967 million in COVID-19 federal funding relief.
COLUMBUS — State Representative Don Jones (R-Freeport) today introduced HB 322, legislation that will prohibit critical race theory and action civics in Ohio's K-12 curriculum.
Flanked by both state and national firearms groups that protect the rights of gun owners, State Representative Scott Wiggam (R-Wayne County) and State Senator Tim Schaffer (R-Lancaster) announced the introduction of companion bills that define the scope of government power as it relates to firearms during a time of a declared emergency.
