COLUMBUS—State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) today announced that the Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 4, legislation to designate September 19th as Stillbirth Prevention Day in Ohio.

COLUMBUS – The Ohio House of Representatives last week began the budget process for Ohio’s operating and transportation budgets for fiscal years 2026-27. State Representative Jean Schmidt (R-Loveland), who is a member of the House Finance Committee, is in the process of reviewing the Governor’s budget request and the various agencies’ program and funding levels.

COLUMBUS - State Representatives David Thomas (R-Jefferson) and Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) introduced legislation Wednesday to correct what appears to be an oversight in discounts given to seniors for their hunting, fishing, fur trapping, and other sportsmen licenses. Their Seniors Sportsmen Fairness Act would reduce the age of senior discounted licenses for outdoor recreation in Ohio from 66 to 65.
