COLUMBUS - State Representative Sharon Ray (R-Wadsworth) was selected to participate in the 26th annual Bowhay Institute for Legislative Leadership Development program.  The Bowhay Institute is one of the premier leadership training programs in the nation and selects their participants thru a competitive, nonpartisan selection process.  Representative Ray was one of only 3 Ohio legislators invited to participate.

The bipartisan bill seeks to ensure the rights of parents with disabilities are protected in these types of cases. Ray is a sponsor of the bill.
