Sean Patrick Brennan (D–Parma) today called for increased accountability and oversight of Ohio’s charter schools following federal allegations that the former superintendent and a business associate of a Cincinnati charter school participated in an $8 million fraud scheme involving taxpayer-funded education dollars.

Daniel Troy (D–Willowick) and Elgin Rogers, Jr. (D–Toledo). This bill bans the sale and distribution of certain products containing perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), commonly known as “forever chemicals” in Ohio.
