Robb Blasdel kicks off her conversations over coffee with constituents program
COLUMBIANA – State Rep. Monica Robb Blasdel (R-Columbiana County) held her first “Coffee with Constituents” event in Columbiana Monday. The representative encouraged residents to attend to ask questions, voice concerns or to discuss ideas.
“We have gotten important work done over the last few months at the Statehouse and I found this was a good time to not only mention things we’ve been doing but to also get feedback on what we can do better moving forward,” Robb Blasdel said.
The event was held at the 26Three Coffee House in Columbiana where several constituents showed up to discuss the issues. Among the important topics, both the state budget and education were part of those conversations.
Robb Blasdel recently supported the state budget, which was later signed into law earlier this month.
The representative is hosting another “Coffee with Constituents” event next month on Monday, Aug. 21 at the Carroll County Coffee Company from 10 a.m. to noon in Carrollton.
