COLUMBUS, OH — State Representatives Mike Odioso (R-Green Twp.) and Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) announced that House Bill 260 – legislation clarifying the law regarding rules adopted by the Ohio Supreme Court of Ohio – recently passed the House of Representatives. 

State Representatives Gary Click (R-Vickery) and Mike Odioso (R-Green Twp.) recently provided sponsor testimony to the House Children and Human Services Committee in support of HB 484, the Workforce Investment Now (WIN) for Child Care Pilot Program. The bill, which is companion to legislation introduced by Senators Gavarone and Manning, works to eliminate confusion and overlap between outdated statutes and Ohio Supreme Court rules, thereby simplifying court practice and affirming the separation of powers between the legislative and judicial branches.
