Representative Hiner Announces Funding for Warsaw Water Line Expansion

State Representative Mark Hiner (R-Howard) is proud to announce that the recently passed state budget includes $500,000 to expand water lines from the City of Coshocton to the Village of Warsaw. This investment, combined with support from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, state grants and loans, and strong local collaboration, will ensure safe, reliable water for residents and students while supporting future growth along the US-36 corridor.

Hiner Highlights Mount Vernon High School Wrestling Champions

State Representative Mark Hiner (R-Howard) is pleased to highlight five outstanding athletes from Mount Vernon High School on securing various championship titles this season. Ashlynn Brokaw and Alex Taylor both secured state titles, and Mavrik Gregory, Luke Mullins, and Jake Taylor won a combination of league, sectional, and district titles. Together, they secured a Licking County League Championship as a team.

Rep. Hiner Votes in Support of House Budget Bill, Approving Billions in Property Tax Relief for Ohioans

COLUMBUS – State Representative Mark Hiner (R – Howard) today voted in support of Am. Sub. House Bill 96 – the House’s version of the State Operating Budget. This forward-looking, fiscally responsible budget plan invests in Ohio families and the state’s future – approving over $4 billion in record property tax relief for Ohioans and ensuring that every school district in the state receives an increase in school funding in fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
