State Reps. Tim Ginter (R-Salem) and Kevin Miller (R-Newark) have introduced House Bill 712, which further supports the display of the thin blue line flag. The flag is known nationwide to be in support of law enforcement. Ginter previously introduced the measure at the Statehouse.

COLUMBUS – State officials announced yesterday at a signing ceremony with Governor DeWine that Appalachia Ohio will be receiving a $500 million investment. 

COLUMBUS – State Representative Kevin Miller (R-Newark) issued the following statement after Friday’s announcement by Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted of $192 million in grants as part of the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Program, including $967,212 in funding for Coshocton County. The funding is part of $350 million lawmakers included in the state budget last year for brownfield remediation.

The legislation passed the house with a vote of 84-0.
