State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) today announced that the USDA Supplemental Disaster Relief Program (SDRP) application is now open. This program provides critical financial assistance to farmers impacted by natural disasters in 2023 and 2024. A total of $16 billion in federal funding is available. 

State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) today announced that the Ohio House of Representatives approved the conference committee report for Am. Sub. House Bill 96 – the State Operating Budget. The budget plan, which allocates funding for state programs and operations for the next two years, includes provisions that aim to protect freedom, family and fiscal responsibility – approving historic property tax relief for Ohioans, implementing a flat tax rate and providing a record amount of state funding for school districts. 

Columbus — The Ohio House of Representatives today passed House Bill 52, sponsored by State Representative Kellie Deeter (R–Norwalk), which updates and modernizes outdated statutes governing Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) in Ohio.

State Representative Kellie Deeter (R-Norwalk) yesterday voted in support of House Bill 3 – the "School Bus Safety Act," which establishes new measures to enhance school bus safety, increase penalties for violations, provide grant funding for schools to apply for equipment specific to their school’s needs, and educate the public about school bus-related laws.
