State Rep. Juanita Brent (D-Cleveland) today announced the installation of cameras in four additional House hearing rooms, signaling the completion of a major project to offer live coverage of all House committee meetings for the first time, fulfilling a long-time Democratic priority of a more open and transparent committee process.
“If you follow me on my social media accounts, you know that I do my very best to remain active and let Ohioans know how I spend my time on a day to day basis,” said Rep. Brent. “Now, not only can Ohioans see what I am doing personally but they can also see what all of us State Representatives do in the committee process. That way, taxpayers can visibly see their tax dollars at work and it creates a more transparent environment for everyone because ultimately, we work for you.”
