COLUMBUS - State Rep. Darnell T. Brewer (D-Cleveland) today announced the passage of Senate Bill 450, the state's biennial capital appropriations budget. The bill allocates nearly $4B for the maintenance, renovation, and construction of state-owned infrastructure, including colleges, universities, school districts, and other community projects.

COLUMBUS — State Rep. Darnell T. Brewer (D-Cleveland) today announced the passage of House Bill (HB) 393 out of the Ohio House with a concurrence vote of 78-0. This bipartisan legislation requires community-based correctional facilities and programs to assist individuals in custody in obtaining a state-issued identification card prior to their release. An amendment to include halfway houses was added in the Senate.
