To amend sections 111.16, 147.01, 147.011, 147.03, 147.14, 147.371, 147.53, 147.591, and 1706.712 and to enact sections 147.49 and 147.50 of the Revised Code to amend the law regarding notaries public, to make changes to the Ohio Revised Limited Liability Company Act, to make changes to fees charged by the Ohio Secretary of State, and to amend the version of section 147.01 of the Revised Code that is scheduled to take effect on December 29, 2023, to continue the change on and after that date.
