State Representative Kevin Miller (R-Newark) today is pleased to share that Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has officially signed House Bill 247 – also known as “Avery’s Law” – legislation that would establish new requirements on vicious dog owners to prevent dog attacks in Ohio.

State Representative Mike Odioso (R-Green Twp.) is extremely pleased that Vistra plans to continue operating the Miami Fort Power Plant beyond 2027 and convert the plant to a modern, natural gas-fueled operation.  Vistra leaders discussed the plans at a recent event, celebrating 100 years of generating power at the Miami Fort site.
