COLUMBUS – State Rep. Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) today introduced legislation to address Ohio’s unregulated recovery housing industry.

COLUMBUS – State Representative Bob Peterson (R-Sabina) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) as Chair of the House Public Insurance & Pensions Committee for the 136th General Assembly. 

COLUMBUS – State Reps. Ron Ferguson (R-Wintersville) and Brian Lorenz (R-Powell) recently introduced legislation modeled after the Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny (REINS) Act, a federal legislative proposal that promotes the separation of power between the state legislative and executive branches in relation to administrative rulemaking.
