Rep. Rader Marches for Climate Justice

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Tristan Rader (D – Lakewood) today marched for Climate and Economic Justice with Athens-to-Columbus Advocates. Rep. Rader stood alongside Ohioans calling for climate justice.

“Our actions today will shape generations. We’ve repealed coal subsidies and passed community energy in the House, but the Senate must act,” said Rep. Rader.

Rep. Rader underscored that climate justice is economic justice, calling for an end to the extraction economy.

“We must stop harmful brine waste on our roads and ensure data centers can’t pollute our waterways without accountability. True justice means building a fair, sustainable economy,” concluded Rep. Rader.
