Rep. Brennan of Ohio House District 14 Sworn Into 136th General Assembly

COLUMBUS – State Rep. Sean Patrick Brennan (D-Parma) Monday was sworn into the 136th Ohio General Assembly. Rep. Brennan will be beginning his second term in the legislature, serving the people of Parma, Parma Heights, and portions of Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn, Brooklyn Centre and Clark-Fulton neighborhoods at the Ohio Statehouse.

“I am very honored to have been given the public’s trust and I take it very seriously. I want all of my constituents to know that I work for all of you, regardless of political affiliation. I pledge to continue to live up to being named the most bipartisan legislator. If we work together at the Statehouse, the quality of life for all 12 million Ohioans improves,” said Rep. Brennan.

As a legislator, Rep. Brennan’s top priorities are: 

•           Quality education and workforce readiness

•           Affordable and accessible healthcare 

•           Job creation and retention

•           Good pay and benefits for a hard day’s work 

•           Property tax relief and the accessibility to respectable housing 

•           Improving Ohio’s business climate

He is looking forward to working on these priorities and many others with his colleagues in the 136th General Assembly.
