Ohio schools would have to notify parents of sexually explicit instruction under 'Parents' Bill of Rights' bill

A bill in the Ohio House would require teachers to notify parents about sexually explicit instruction, as well as inform parents of children’s physical and mental health services received at school in what the bill describes as a “Parents Bill of Rights.”
