Schools will be required to provide free period products using state funding starting Tuesday, October 3rd. This $5 million initiative was included in the adopted state budget, House Bill (HB) 33. During the development of the House version of the budget, Rep. Grim was a passionate supporter of providing menstrual products in schools.
