COLUMBUS, OH – The Ohio House of Representatives Wednesday unanimously passed House Bill 133 sponsored by Representative Meredith Craig (R-Smithville). This legislation will authorize a nonrefundable tax credit for small employers who offer Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs) to their employees.

COLUMBUS— State Representative Meredith Craig (R-Smithville) supported the Ohio House’s passage of the Human Trafficking Prevention Act Wednesday, legislation to increase criminal penalties for human trafficking, kidnapping and abduction.

The Ohio House of Representatives passed House Bill 126, legislation preventing public nuisance lawsuits from being used to unfairly target lawful industries, businesses, and products. The legislation was spearheaded by State Representatives Adam Mathews (R-Lebanon) and Meredith Craig (R-Smithville).
