COLUMBUS—State Representatives Justin Pizzulli (R-Scioto County) and Kevin Ritter (R-Washington County) are pleased to announce the formation of the Appalachian Caucus, a bi-cameral, bipartisan gathering of state legislators serving Appalachia. Pizzulli and Ritter were chosen by the members as the co-chairs of the Caucus. 

State Representative Kevin Ritter (R-Marietta) voted this week in support of the E-Verify Workforce Integrity Act, or H.B. 246, legislation to ensure all workers hired in Ohio for covered construction projects are legally authorized to work in the United States.

COLUMBUS— State Representative Kevin Ritter (R-Marietta) supported the Ohio House’s passage of the Human Trafficking Prevention Act Wednesday, legislation to increase criminal penalties for human trafficking, kidnapping and abduction.
