Deeter Sworn in to Serve Ohio's 54th House District

COLUMBUS – State Representative Kellie Deeter (R- Norwalk) took the oath of office Monday for her first term as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives. She represents the 54th House District, which includes portions of Huron and Lorain counties.

“I am truly honored to advocate as a strong voice for the 54th House District,” said Deeter. “I believe I can not only help the people of Huron and Lorain counties, but all Ohioans. I look forward to getting to work on legislation to make Ohio a better place to live, work and raise a family.”

Deeter is a certified nurse anesthetist and certified nurse practitioner. She is also the owner of Firelands Anesthesia.

She resides in Norwalk with her husband Keven and six children.

Deeter was sworn in during Monday’s session, which marked the beginning of the 136th General Assembly.
