COLUMBUS – The House Health Committee today began hearings on House Bill 12, the Jeff, Dave, and Angie Patient Right to Try Act, announced bill sponsors, State Representatives Jennifer Gross (R-West Chester) and D.J. Swearingen (R-Huron). Gross also championed this policy during the previous General Assembly.
