State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) has issued the following statement on the U.S. Supreme Court decision for the Dobbs v. Jackson case:

State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) announces that Senate Bill 215, known as the Constitutional Carry bill, has been signed into law in Ohio. Powell has been an adamant supporter of gun rights for Ohio citizens.

State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) recently supported House Bill 578, which included Powell’s HB 395 designating a part of I-75 as the MCEI Kimra Skelton Memorial Highway. The bill was passed by the Ohio House.

State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum) spearheaded House Bill 203, also known as the License Recognition Act, which will make it easier for individuals with occupational licenses to move to Ohio. Powell spoke to the bill on the House floor on Wednesday before its passage.

State Rep. Jena Powell’s (R-Arcanum) Save Women’s Sports Act was approved by the Ohio House on Wednesday. The legislation would prohibit biological males from competing in female-only sports within the state. Powell spoke to the legislation’s passage on the House Floor.

The License Recognition Act, House Bill 203, sponsored by State Rep. Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), passed the House State & Local Government Committee this past Wednesday. 

House Bill 64, sponsored by State Representative Jena Powell (R-Arcanum), was unanimously voted out of the House Criminal Justice Committee this week.
