COLUMBUS – Today, State Representative Tavia Galonski (D-Akron) announced the commencement of the final week of voting for the 2020 general election. Ohioans now have 7 days remaining to cast their ballot early in-person, return their absentee ballot by mail or at a drop box, or to vote on Election Day at their polling place. The announcement accompanies a record setting number of Ohioans choosing to exercise their right to vote early.

“Patriotic Ohioans who can vote, should vote.  By voting, we get a chance to say which direction we want the country and our state to go in.  I want to encourage anyone who hasn’t already voted to make a plan to vote, but consider voting early because early voting is the best chance at helping all Ohioans remain safer during the pandemic,” said Rep. Galonski.
