COLUMBUS – State Representative Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) voted Wednesday in support of the new two-year state budget that includes major health care reforms as well as tax relief for Ohio families. The measure passed with 75 affirmative votes and 17 negative votes, with Governor Mike DeWine signing the budget Thursday morning. 

COLUMBUS— Speaker Larry Householder (R-Glenford) today announced the Ohio House passage of House Bill 7, legislation that creates the H2Ohio trust fund and establishes a state trust to fund the preservation and restoration of Ohio’s lakes and rivers.

COLUMBUS — State Representative Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) completed the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters (OAPFF) Fire Ops 101 training Monday at the state fire academy. Designed in coordination with the Division of the State Fire Marshal and the Ohio Fire Academy, Fire Ops 101 provides elected and appointed officials, as well as the media, an opportunity to listen and learn about the challenges facing the fire service across the state.
