State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari Appointed to Several Key House Committees for New General Assembly

State Rep. Haraz N. Ghanbari (R-Perrysburg) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) as Chair of the House Homeland Security Committee and as a member of several other committees.

“We have a lot of work to do, and I’m appreciative to be placed on a number of critical, distinguished committees that will give the Wood County area the representation it deserves when it comes to community investment, economic development, enhancing public safety and much more,” said Ghanbari.

Ghanbari’s full list of the Ohio House committee assignments includes:

• Chair, Homeland Security
• Finance
• Finance Subcommittee on Public Safety
• Armed Services and Veterans Affairs
• Insurance
