COLUMBUS –Today, State Rep. Russo (D-Upper Arlington) announced that the Hilliard Division of Police will receive $70,272 from Democrats’ American Rescue Plan to support the wellness and staffing needs of Ohio’s first responders.
“First responders play an integral role in keeping our communities safe, often at great personal expense to their own health,” said Rep. Russo. “The recent ARPA funding to Hilliard’s Division of Police will help protect our first responders’ mental and physical health during a time of high burnout and stress.”
Hilliard Division of Police (Franklin County) will receive $70,272 for semiannual wellness appointments for all personnel.
