Ohio Jewish Caucus Statement Marking Two-Year Anniversary of Oct. 7 Attack

COLUMBUS - The Ohio Jewish Caucus today released the following statement marking the second anniversary of the Hamas-led attack on Israel: 

“October 7th will forever be one of the darkest moments for the people of Israel. Roughly 1,200 lives were taken from us that day, marking the greatest atrocity committed against Jewish people since the Holocaust. In its wake, thousands more innocent lives have been lost and dozens of kidnapped hostages remain imprisoned. We pray the end of this horrific war is near and that a ceasefire will bring both peace and the remaining hostages home to their loved ones.”
