Willis Appointed as Chair of Transportation Committee

COLUMBUS – State Representative Bernie Willis (R-Springfield) has been appointed by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman (R-Lima) as Chair of the House Transportation Committee for the 136th General Assembly. 

“I’m honored Speaker Huffman has asked me to lead this committee,” said Willis. “I am dedicated to ensuring not only Ohio’s roadways are well funded and taken care of, but also continuing to ensure Ohio remains in the forefront of the aviation and aerospace industry, through sound legislation.” 

Willis will also serve on the House Veterans and Military Development, Finance and Public Safety committees.
