Rep. Holmes Attends White House State Leadership Conference
State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) attended the White House State Leadership Conference last week alongside more than 50 Ohio lawmakers and other officials. The conference was organized by the White House Office of Intergovernmental Affairs to foster collaboration and communication between federal, state and local governments, while providing a forum to discuss shared priorities, policies, and more.
“America's combined manufacturing reshoring efforts, heavy industry focus, and AI/Data Center growth are creating historic energy demands. We have to support this by increasing secure, reliable, abundant domestic energy sources: natural gas, nuclear, coal, oil,” said Rep. Holmes.
Rep. Holmes had the opportunity to discuss Ohio’s priorities with senior officials in the Trump Administration, including Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin and Secretary of Health and Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
