Holmes Receives Committee Assignments

COLUMBUS – State Representative Adam Holmes (R-Nashport) this week was appointed by Speaker Jason Stephens (R-Kitts Hill) to serve on four House standing committees and one joint committee.  

“The committee process is the foundation of democracy, and I am looking forward to getting to work,” Holmes said. “I am especially honored to serve as Chair of this new committee. During my time as a Marine aviator, I learned many important lessons that will help guide me as I review legislation that comes before us in this committee.”

Holmes was appointed to the following committees:

• Aviation & Aerospace, Chair
• Joint Medicaid Oversight Committee, Chair
• Public Health Policy
• Public Utilities
• Technology & Innovation
