Enact the Fair Health Claims Act
Long Title +To amend sections 3901.22 and 3922.07 and to enact sections 3901.216, 3901.97, and 3922.171 of the Revised Code to establish a medical claims consumer assistance program, to prohibit health insurers from improperly denying health claims, and to name this act the Fair Health Claims Act.
