House Bill 499 - 135th General Assembly

To amend sections 319.302 and 3735.67 and to enact sections 175.41, 175.42, and 175.43 of the Revised Code to create grant programs for housing developments near megaprojects and for townships and municipalities that adopt pro-housing policies, to modify the community reinvestment area law relating to residential property, and to limit the 10% nonbusiness property tax credit.
